Privacy Policy

Information we handle

Brand Flow processes account, company, content, approval, communication, and billing information that users provide to operate their workspace. Connected LinkedIn credentials are used only for the publishing actions authorized by the account holder.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, provide tenant-scoped workflows, publish approved LinkedIn content, deliver operational notifications, and maintain security and service records. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and access

Application data is stored with service providers used to run Brand Flow. Access is restricted by account role and tenant, and administrative access is limited to operating and supporting the service.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of eligible account data and may disconnect LinkedIn access through the application. Some financial or security records may be retained where required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
